THE PROCESS
Here we are on the day of instilation. The day started at a slow pace, getting things ready, cutting photographs down and generally finishing things off. 2pm was approaching and things were coming together at such speed- everyone was working on each wall. Things were coming together and then it was done. We just had a little wait for the cake delivery from miss Bunty May Marshall to place into the display case. Then we were finished. Complete. Here is how...
IT BEGAN
Hello,
This blog has been created to promote, explain and invite feedback on the Make Bake & Grow exhibition at the Leeds City Museum. The exhibition stems from a brief that began in the summer of 2009. A brief that asked us to create a calendar for the people of Armley in Leeds. The calendar was created with great success and we hope the people of Armley are as proud of it as we, the creative team are.
Have a L O O K
The team behind the calendar were then invited to exhibit some of the vast visual information collected from the calendar brief in an exhibition to be held at Leeds City Museum.
Make Bake and Grow at the Leeds City Museum promises to be a refreshing, encouraging and surprising insight into the people of Leeds' secret passions for making baking & growing.
